C'mon, say what you really mean.

I keep seeing this guy driving around New Hope and today after fishing I finally saw the car parked on the side of the road and was able to take a picture. I mean, does he pick up his kids at school in this truck?

40 lb. Bass

I spent the day fishing with fellow Brownie Trooper James "Jim Bass" Amore today on the boat. We were working schools of Bunker pretty close to the beach and I landed this beautiful 40 lb. Striped Bass, one of my biggest Bass ever. This is definitely the time to get out and try for a 40 or 50 lber, all my other fish over 40 lbs. have been in late May and early June. God I love these fish.......

This is one of the biggest Bluefish I've ever caught, both of these fish were caught within 24 hours of one another. That's all you need to know about how good the fishing is right now.

Great Smallmouth Fishing!

Been having a lot of luck this week with nice fat smallies on the Delaware. If you've been paying attention to Catchthebite.com you'll know that Rat-L-Traps have been the ticket in the muddy water this week. Today was no exception, only after boating 6 or 7 fish I decided to try something I've never done on the Delaware, troll. I was hoping to catch a Striper or a big walleye but instead I ended up with more beautiful Smallies. This time the lure of choice was a pearl white diver from Sebile trolled 100 yards behind the boat. Hooked 2 fish that way. Learn something everytime you fish!

Now is a great time to enter the Brownie Troop Bass Derby. Click this link for more info: http://brownietroop.ning.com

Coney Island Bass

Had a slow day on the boat today, the Stripers had lockjaw. Did manage a couple of Bass (including this 18lber) and a handful of big ass Bluefish. As much as I love fighting Bluefish they were kinda working my nerves today.
